The functioning of UITIC is assured by:

1. A Council of Delegates comprising of the representatives of the member Associations. This Council meets every three years, in General Assembly, on the occasion of the triennial Conference.
2. An Executive Committee elected by the Council of Delegates is in charge of the smooth running of the Union between conferences. It is comprised of 10 members from different countries.
